Terms of service
These T&C apply to an online business based in France.
1. Ownership
The site is the property of Lingobilia in its entirety, along with all related rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly subject to the owner's authorization. However, hyperlinks to the site are allowed without specific requests.
2. Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions" or "T&C") apply to all sales concluded between Lingobilia and its customers on its online store using the print-on-demand system provided by Printful and Printify. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the T&C without reservation.
3. Products
Lingobilia offers for sale fun and original Paris-themed souvenirs on its online store. The products are created on-demand and customized according to the customer's choices. The descriptions and visuals presented on the website are approximate representations of the final products.
4. Orders
Customers can place orders on Lingobilia's website by selecting the desired products and providing the necessary information for order fulfillment. Once the order is placed, the customer will receive an email confirmation containing the details of their order.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices shown on the website are in Euros € (VAT is not applicable, as per article 293 B from French General Tax Code).
Delivery fees are calculated and added to the total amount of the order during the payment process. Online payment is made through the payment methods offered on the website.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout with charges based on the total weight of the goods and the delivery address. For more details about shipping costs please visit our Shipping Policy page. It is also in your best interests to make sure you read our Returns & Refunds policy – this is particularly important when placing an online order.
6. Production and Delivery
The products are manufactured on-demand by our print-on-demand providers, Printful and Printify which are an integrated extension of our Shopify e-commerce platform. Lingobilia will automatically transmit the order information to Printful and Printify for production and shipment. Estimated production and delivery times are communicated on the website and may vary depending on the selected product.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Due to the personalized nature of print-on-demand products, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders. Once the order is placed, it is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded, except in case of manufacturing defects or errors on the part of Printful and Printify
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the products sold on Lingobilia's website are reserved. No reproduction or use of copyrighted or trademarked elements is permitted without the prior written consent of Lingobilia.
9. Protection of Personal Data
Lingobilia collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The personal data provided by the customer is used solely for the purpose of the commercial relationship and may be transferred to Printful and Printify for the production and shipment of the products.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between Lingobilia and the customer, the parties will make every effort to reach an amicable solution. In the absence of a settlement, French courts will have jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from these T&C.
